Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation practices
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and supervisory skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Familiarity with responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Capability to manage computer operations related to kitchen processes

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House operations
  • Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
  • Manage staff training and development programs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
  • Monitor food preparation and quality control
  • Coordinate with front-of-house management for seamless service
