Job Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in culinary arts preferred
  • minimum 5 years experience in kitchen management
  • proven leadership capabilities
  • strong culinary knowledge of service environments
  • possession of food handlers permit and necessary certifications
  • ability to manage teams and uphold food safety and sanitation standards
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
