Job Requirements
- 1-3 years kitchen management experience
- Food Manager Certification
- Ability to work holidays, nights, weekends, and peak times
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Duties
- Provide direction, coaching, and leadership for all BOH employees including food preparation, safety and sanitation, and company policies
- Hire, coach, and train kitchen staff on assignments and equipment handling
- Train kitchen and concessions personnel on cleanliness and sanitation practices
- Ensure employee adherence to company policies and procedures in partnership with HR
- Utilize tools to prepare quality food to recipe specifications within approved ticket times
- Ensure food freshness through purchasing and product rotation using FIFO method
- Check and record food storage temperatures daily and notify maintenance if needed
- Attend trainings for new menu items and train staff on preparation
- Communicate, implement, and follow up on changes in food products and kitchen procedures
- Monitor food holding and refrigeration temperature control points
- Roll out company initiatives and new menu implementations
- Complete daily opening, mid, and closing kitchen duties
- Maintain kitchen equipment and coordinate repairs
- Deliver exceptional guest experience through quality food and drinks
- Practice proactive guest management and resolve issues positively
- Assist FOH duties as necessary
- Schedule kitchen staff according to occupancy and movie schedules
- Execute private events to maximize sales
- Control food costs by following proper requisition, storage, recipes, and waste procedures
- Ensure delivery of daily and weekly budgets and goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
