- Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities and staff
- Ensure food is prepared to high standards of quality and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Manage kitchen budgets and control food costs
- Implement and maintain kitchen policies and procedures
