Job Requirements

  • Maintain ServSafe and Food Handling Management certification
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local law and regulation
  • Flexible to work various shifts
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior kitchen management experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Maintaining ServSafe and Food Handling Management certification
  • Experience in kitchen or restaurant management
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to train and lead kitchen staff
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Ability to manage inventory and control food costs

Job Duties

  • Assisting and working with general manager and other management team members
  • Embracing the WingHouse philosophy and projecting it to employees and customers
  • Ensuring standard operating and sanitation procedures, food and menu specifications, guest and employee safety, food handling, receiving and storage procedures are met in the back of house
  • Knowing all stations/positions and training each station
  • Supervising shifts effectively
  • Managing inventory and food cost
  • Performing proper food orders and meeting par levels
  • Ensuring back of house labor goals are met
  • Maintaining kitchen equipment in good repair and functional
  • Promoting employee motivation and satisfaction
