Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • two or more years management experience in food service, retail, or restaurant preferred
  • previous experience working in high-volume, guest-focused transactional environment preferred
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to work 50 hours weekly
  • must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • ability to bend, stretch, reach, locate, stack, and lift inventory weighing up to 40 pounds
  • must meet all requirements expected of an Enmarket Store Associate

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Develop and empower team members to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • maintain highest standards of food safety, training, and execution
  • ensure consistent execution of company foodservice policies and procedures
  • maintain product inventory and cleanliness of storage
  • control inventory through weekly cost counts
  • communicate and drive store sales and financial goals
  • handle customer complaints and issues effectively
  • maintain proper staffing levels including interviewing, hiring, and training employees
  • ensure environmental safety, health, food safety, and sanitation requirements are met
  • monitor employee activities and compliance with food safety protocols
  • execute all foodservice recipes and standard operating procedures
  • support implementation and ongoing execution of new foodservice rollouts
  • perform all other duties as assigned
