Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- two or more years management experience in food service, retail, or restaurant preferred
- previous experience working in high-volume, guest-focused transactional environment preferred
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work 50 hours weekly
- must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- ability to bend, stretch, reach, locate, stack, and lift inventory weighing up to 40 pounds
- must meet all requirements expected of an Enmarket Store Associate

Job Duties
- Develop and empower team members to deliver exceptional customer experience
- maintain highest standards of food safety, training, and execution
- ensure consistent execution of company foodservice policies and procedures
- maintain product inventory and cleanliness of storage
- control inventory through weekly cost counts
- communicate and drive store sales and financial goals
- handle customer complaints and issues effectively
- maintain proper staffing levels including interviewing, hiring, and training employees
- ensure environmental safety, health, food safety, and sanitation requirements are met
- monitor employee activities and compliance with food safety protocols
- execute all foodservice recipes and standard operating procedures
- support implementation and ongoing execution of new foodservice rollouts
- perform all other duties as assigned
