Job Requirements
- Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Familiarity with responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems
- Passion for training and developing team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience

Job Duties
- Manage the Heart-of-House kitchen operations
- Oversee execution and performance of all HOH team members
- Provide direction and supervision to kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and develop HOH team members
- Maintain quality control and consistency in food preparation
- Monitor inventory and labor costs
