Job Duties

  • Exceptional knowledge of craveably crafted food and uncommon hospitality expectations
  • Follow a routine from open to close to execute line checks and sani audit on a daily basis with strong attention to detail on safety and sanitation practices
  • Drive recipe-right adherence to prepare craveably crafted food through tasting product, signing labels, and validating product
  • Create consistency through validating opening and closing duties are executed efficiently
  • Complete weekly inventory and orders understanding the importance of actual vs. theoretical numbers and how they impact the business
  • Monitor and track daily food prep and storage to minimize waste, ensure quality and control costs
  • Control and maintain labor costs utilizing HotSchedules to schedule and communicate with team
