Job Requirements

  • Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor especially when interacting with children and families
  • Experience in food service, customer service, or concession stand operations preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills especially during busy periods
  • Availability required to work weekends (Fri-Sun)
  • Weekday flexibility is a plus
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food service, customer service, or concession stand operations preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to train and support staff
  • Friendly and patient demeanor, especially when interacting with children and families

Job Duties

  • Prepare cooked food such as pizza, tenders, and fries and serve snacks and beverages
  • Greet guests, take orders, and ensure a welcoming experience for children and families
  • Accurately process orders and payments using the point-of-sale system
  • Ensure the concession stand is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations
  • Work with teammates to manage busy periods and support events such as birthday parties and park activities
  • Support and train other staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe, efficient environment
  • Oversee daily food preparation, manage food storage, inventory and ordering, and implement kitchen policies and procedures
