Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous kitchen managerial experience of two years or more
  • valid food handler card
  • experience working in high volume from scratch kitchens
  • ability to lead and coach a team through motivation and understanding
  • driven and professional attitude
  • proficient knife and recipe reading skills

Job Duties

  • collaborate closely with the chef to ensure menu consistency and kitchen performance
  • oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
  • train new kitchen employees on recipes and kitchen procedures
  • ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies
