- Willingness to work nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Loading and unloading of the dishwasher
- Clean and sanitize cookware, dishes, utensils, and cooking stations throughout the kitchen
- Sweep and mop the Lounge and Kitchen area as needed
- Waste away services following recycling procedures
- Maintaining high levels of hygiene in all areas of the Lounge and Kitchen
- Receiving and stocking daily food and liquor orders
- Assist the Chef with applying the Food Safety Management System consistently
