  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and portion sizes
  • ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets food safety standards
  • clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
  • wash dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking utensils
  • follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination
  • adhere to all health and safety regulations
  • collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
