Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness
Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
Ability to follow food safety and sanitation regulations
Team player with good communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare and cook food items according to menu specifications and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and ingredients
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the kitchen management
Support kitchen staff with additional tasks as needed during events and daily operations
