Job Duties

  • Kitchen Line Cook is essential in preparing high-quality food that delights our guests and enhances their overall entertainment experience
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Dave & Buster's recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistent and delicious results for our guests
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Inform your immediate supervisor of any operational issues or unusual circumstances and proactively suggest solutions
  • Efficiently manage your time to ensure timely food preparation and delivery to meet guest orders
  • Accurately follow recipes and portion control guidelines to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency
  • Assist with inventory management, including proper storage and rotation of food items
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, reporting any malfunctions promptly
  • Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas, including washing dishes and utensils as needed
  • Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff and service team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Support fellow team members as needed to maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment
  • Foster a positive and cooperative working relationship with all Dave & Buster's team members to promote an enjoyable and efficient atmosphere
