Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Capability to work effectively in noisy, high-energy surroundings
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Physically able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and move through the kitchen for extended periods
  • Ability to frequently reach, bend, stoop, kneel and lift
  • Manual dexterity to operate kitchen equipment and handle food safely

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is beneficial
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines accurately

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Dave & Buster's recipes and quality standards

  • Manage time efficiently to ensure timely food preparation and delivery

  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and report malfunctions promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas, including dishwashing
  • Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and service team members
  • Support team members to maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment
  • Foster cooperative working relationships with all team members
