Chipotle is widely recognized for its commitment to sustainable business practices, digital innovation, and leading the way in the food industry with a focus on quality, transparency, and accessibility. The company prides itself on fostering a people-first culture rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion, promoting a work environment where every employee is valued and supported. Chipotle offers competitive pay and a comprehensive range of benefits to support its team members and encourage their personal and professional growth.

The role of Kitchen Leader at Chipotle is a dynamic and engaging position that plays a critical part in ensuring high food quality and excellent customer experiences within the restaurant. This role involves managing kitchen operations such as inventory control, food waste monitoring, and equipment maintenance to keep the kitchen running smoothly. You will serve as a key role model for Crew members by training and developing them to become future Kitchen Leaders, creating a collaborative and motivated team environment. Communication and teamwork are essential components of this role, enabling seamless coordination between the back-of-house and front-of-house teams to provide a great dining experience for customers. The Kitchen Leader is a pivotal figure in the restaurant’s success, responsible for upholding Chipotle’s high standards and Food With Integrity philosophy while supporting a culture that values teamwork, learning, and growth.

Chipotle offers an employment opportunity with hourly pay ranging from $16.35 to $18.19, complemented by digital tips and a rich benefits package. This includes tuition assistance, free meals, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holiday closures, and numerous opportunities for career advancement.
