This leadership role not only involves managing food quality and kitchen safety but also modeling Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy. Being a Kitchen Leader at Chipotle reflects a commitment to nurturing talent, encouraging teamwork, and driving the company’s vision forward.

Employment at Chipotle offers competitive compensation, including benefits such as tuition assistance covering up to 100% for select degrees or up to $5,250 per year, free food during shifts, medical, dental, and vision insurance, digital tips, paid time off, and holiday closures. Additionally, Chipotle provides numerous opportunities for career advancement, with approximately 80% of managers having started as crew members.
