This position offers comprehensive benefits including tuition assistance covering 100% for select degrees or up to $5,250 per year, free meals during shifts, medical, dental, and vision insurance, digital tips, paid time off, holiday closures, competitive compensation, and ample opportunities for career advancement with many of Chipotle’s managers having started their careers as Crew members. Chipotle values and encourages applicants from all backgrounds and is committed to reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act and other laws to ensure a smooth hiring process.
