The role of Kitchen Junior Sous Chef at Rosen Hotels & Resorts encompasses overseeing all culinary operations within the kitchen, ensuring that every phase—from receiving and storing ingredients to preparation, production, guest service, and sanitation—is executed in accordance with company standards. Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of previous culinary experience
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs infrequently
- Must be able to legally work in the USA
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
