Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in hospitality or food service a plus
- ability to follow directions and read chemical safety labels
- capable of performing physical cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for prolonged periods
- flexible availability for per diem day shifts

Job Duties
- clean floors, tables, counters, and other assigned areas
- deliver and retrieve bulk food carts from Continuing Care Center and other distribution points
- maintain appropriate logs as required
- manually wash pots and pans using the three-step method
- operate and clean dish machine
- take out trash and inappropriate containers
- operate equipment according to directions
- use personal protective equipment and follow safety regulations
