We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Kitchen Help Team. This role is ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced kitchen environments and have a passion for culinary arts, especially in the preparation of French-inspired dishes. As a member of the Kitchen Help Team, you will play an integral part in assembling and preparing a variety of menu items including savory sandwiches, pastas, and expertly sautéed dishes. You will work closely within a supportive team environment that values your effort and encourages your growth within the company.

This position offers flexible scheduling options, including full-time and part-time shifts during the mornings and evenings, ensuring that you can maintain a healthy work-life balance. Our kitchens close by 9 PM, so you won’t face late-night shifts. Employees benefit from a competitive compensation package, including an average of $3.00 an hour in tips through our café tip pool.   • Prepare and cook savory sandwiches, pastas, and sautéed dishes following company recipes and standards

  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards including temperature checks, storage, and labeling
  • Keep workstations stocked, clean, and organized throughout the shift
  • Assist with prep, restocking, and cross-functional tasks to support team workflow
