Job Requirements
- No prior experience required
- Ability to stand for entire shift and walk long distances
- Capable of pushing, lifting, carrying, and transferring items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use hands for various tasks
- Ability to bend and stoop
- Verbal communication skills
- Ability to adjust focus for near and far vision
- Access to all areas of the restaurant including sales floors, stock, and register areas
Job Qualifications
- Understanding of restaurant operations and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in commercial dishwashing is beneficial but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Keep the dish tank area clean and ensure clean dishes are readily available for service
- Adhere to food safety guidelines for washing, drying, and storing dishware and utensils
- Maintain cleanliness of the parking lot and surrounding areas including removing cardboard and grease
- Ensure the property around the restaurant such as foyer, front porch, sidewalk is well-maintained
- Empty trash from designated areas during your shift
- Collaborate with team members to ensure 100% guest satisfaction regarding dining area cleanliness
- Be flexible and ready to assist in other roles as needed
- Perform any additional duties as assigned
