Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- able to lift and carry items up to 70 lbs and effectively store them
- willingness to stand for long periods in a fast-paced, hot, and humid environment
- flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- efficiently load, run, and unload the dishwashing machine according to protocols
- maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and report any machine issues immediately
- wash, store, and organize all kitchenware and tableware ensuring adequate supply for service
- regularly clean and organize the dish area including proper waste disposal
- keep restroom facilities clean and well-stocked through routine checks
- conduct regular cleaning of kitchen mats and outdoor areas
- prepare work area before, during, and after shifts for maximum efficiency
- assist in food preparation tasks when directed
- perform other assigned duties as needed
