Job Requirements
- must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
- must have current car insurance with the driver’s name as an authorized driver
- must have own personal vehicle available for deliveries when company vehicles are occupied
- must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle following all traffic laws
- must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, reach items up to 50 lbs
- comfortable with constant standing or walking, often in extreme weather
- must be willing to follow written and verbal instructions in a loud and busy kitchen environment
- must be available to work during busiest days such as Bosses’ Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine’s Day
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food preparation or customer service is an advantage
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- valid driver’s license for delivery drivers
- reliable and punctual
- strong teamwork skills
Job Duties
- bake and prepare warm, delicious treats according to recipes and standards
- package orders accurately and efficiently for delivery or pickup
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- deliver warm, delicious treats to customers quickly and efficiently using company or personal vehicles
- provide outstanding customer service with a smile to walk-in customers and during deliveries
- assist with other store duties including packaging and cleaning as needed
- maintain a positive, can-do attitude and lead by example in all roles
