In your role as a Kitchen Team Member, you will be responsible for baking and preparing warm, delicious treats that meet the company’s strict quality standards. The job involves packaging orders precisely for delivery or pickup and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen workspace that complies with health and safety regulations. As a Delivery Driver, your primary duty will be to deliver these warm treats to customers efficiently and courteously, using either company-provided vehicles or your personal vehicle if necessary. Outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude are crucial, as you will be the face of Tiff's Treats to many customers.

Job Requirements
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
- must have current car insurance with the driver’s name listed as authorized driver
- must have own personal vehicle available for deliveries when company vehicles are unavailable
- must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle while obeying all traffic laws
- must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, and reach items up to 50 lbs
- comfortable with constant standing and walking in varying weather conditions
- must be willing to follow written and verbal instructions in a loud, busy kitchen environment
- must be available to work on peak business days such as Bosses' Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine's Day
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is a plus
- valid driver’s license for delivery drivers
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Job Duties
- Bake and prepare warm, delicious treats according to recipes and standards
- package orders accurately and efficiently for delivery or pickup
- maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- deliver treats to customers quickly and efficiently using company or personal vehicle
- provide outstanding customer service with a smile to walk-in customers and during deliveries
- assist with other store duties including packaging and cleaning as needed
- maintain a positive, can-do attitude and lead by example in all roles
