This job opening is for a kitchen crew team member position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products. Although the restaurant carries the McDonald’s brand, it is important to note that the franchisee is a separate employer and entity from McDonald’s USA. Consequently, all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, staffing, and scheduling are managed solely by the franchisee without involvement from McDonald’s USA.
