This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise restaurant. Job Requirements

  • must be 16 years of age or older or 15 with a work permit
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • outstanding attitude and willingness to learn
  • capability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • compliance with food safety and hygiene policies
  • ability to collaborate effectively with team members

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work well in a team
  • willingness to learn and grow
  • prior experience in fast food or customer service is a plus but not required

  • basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties

  • help fellow crew team members make our customers their favorite mcdonald's meals
  • prepare all of mcdonald's world famous food
  • partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
  • keep the restaurant looking fantastic

  • follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • assist in stocking and inventory management
