Job Duties
- Master various kitchen stations including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo
- Execute the preparation and cooking of all Buffalo Wild Wings menu items according to established standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the Heart of House work areas
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Collaborate with the entire kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Contribute positively to the overall energy and atmosphere of the restaurant
