Job Requirements

  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required by the restaurants operating hours
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

Job Duties

  • Assist with food preparation tasks including chopping vegetables preparing meats and assembling ingredients according to recipes and instructions
  • Assist in cooking and grilling menu items ensuring they are prepared to the highest standards of quality taste and presentation
  • Support the team at various kitchen stations including the grill fryer and prep area by maintaining a clean and organized workspace and replenishing supplies as needed
  • Assist with dishwashing duties including cleaning dishes utensils and kitchen equipment and ensuring they are properly sanitized and stored
  • Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries rotating stock and conducting inventory counts to ensure adequate supplies are available for daily operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas including cleaning surfaces equipment and utensils and disposing of waste properly
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the kitchen crew and communicate effectively with chefs cooks and servers to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols as well as company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant working environment
