Job Description
ASM Global, a banquet facility located in a prime location, is seeking a dedicated and creative Banquet Cook to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fulfilling service per each Banquet Event Order (BEO), maintaining kitchen equipment cleanliness, preparing recipes as directed, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a banquet facility preparing meals for large events
- ability to work collaboratively with other staff members
- adept at multitasking and maintaining quality in buffet food presentations
- keen attention to detail
- ability to stand, walk, and lift continuously, with a capacity to lift 30 lbs. to the waist
