Job Duties
- clean kitchen areas thoroughly each night to maintain hygiene standards
- organize and maintain food and beverage areas
- wash and sanitize restaurant kitchenware and utensils
- dispose of trash and waste in accordance with health and safety regulations
- assist with inventory checks and restocking of cleaning supplies
- report maintenance issues promptly
- ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and protocols
