Job Requirements
- Proficiency in English and ability to interpret instructions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays
- Ability to assemble, disassemble, and operate kitchen equipment
- Ability to understand and implement OSEH and HACCP physical and food safety standards and use resources responsibly and recognize and minimize waste
- Maintain a static position for extended periods of time
- Routinely move items weighing up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in English

- Experience with kitchen cleaning or maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to assemble, disassemble, and operate kitchen equipment
- Physical stamina to maintain static positions for long periods
- Capability to routinely lift and move items up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean kitchen by removing trash
- Sweep and mop floors
- Clean kitchen equipment including filtering fryers and cleaning hood vents and drains
- Wash dishes, pots, and pans
- Assist kitchen staff with general cleaning tasks
- Follow HACCP standards and health codes for food safety
- Support waste reduction efforts by using resources responsibly
