Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift 20-60 lbs.
- Must have effective communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Basic math proficiency
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to operate POS systems if assigned
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling roles
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with questions, product locations, and general information
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Operate the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently (if assigned to a cash handling position)
- Keep customer service areas safe, clean, organized and well-stocked
- Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., deli, bakery, produce) to fulfill customer needs
- Adhere to all store policies and health/safety regulations
- Assist and participate with Company marketing promotional events and programs as needed
- Lift boxes ranging from 20-60 lbs.
- Any other tasks assigned by Management Team
