Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift 20-60 lbs.
  • Must have effective communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to follow safety and hygiene protocols
  • Basic math proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to operate POS systems if assigned
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills for cash handling roles
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with questions, product locations, and general information
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operate the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently (if assigned to a cash handling position)
  • Keep customer service areas safe, clean, organized and well-stocked
  • Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., deli, bakery, produce) to fulfill customer needs
  • Adhere to all store policies and health/safety regulations
  • Assist and participate with Company marketing promotional events and programs as needed
  • Lift boxes ranging from 20-60 lbs.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Management Team
