Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Food Handlers Card
- Prior experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout shifts
- Capacity to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Valid Food Handlers Card
- Experience in customer service and retail is desirable
- Ability to engage with customers patiently and professionally
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Persistence and perseverance
- Empathy and compassion in interactions with customers and team members
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Assist cooks with preparing specific dishes
- Restock utensils, water sanitizer, vegetables, and drinks
- Follow procedures for voids, refunds, cancellations, and transaction recalls
- Maintain standards for cleanliness, organization, safety, and food sanitation
- Take food orders in person and by telephone
- Ensure personal cashier productivity
- Perform all other duties as assigned
