Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- strong communication skills
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift
- capability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- prior food handling or cashier experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Valid Food Handlers Card
- customer service experience
- retail experience is desirable
- ability to build positive team relationships
- empathy and concern for customers and colleagues
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- handle cash and transaction procedures including voids and refunds
- assist cooks with preparing specific dishes
- refill and restock front counter supplies such as utensils, water sanitizer, vegetables, and drinks
- maintain standards for quality, cleanliness, safety, loss prevention, sanitation, and food safety
- take food orders in person and by telephone
- perform all other duties as assigned
