Job Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of baking techniques, guidelines, and adherence to sanitation regulations
  • Food safety certification is required
  • Mastery of basic mathematical skills and numeracy
  • Skilled in interpersonal communication, adept in expressing ideas clearly through both written and verbal means
  • Ability to manage physical duties like lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking or standing
  • Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment and comply with uniform standards

Job Duties

  • Utilize standardized recipes and production guidelines to bake a variety of goods
  • Ensure workstation is equipped with all necessary ingredients and tools for baking
  • Prepare ingredients by quantifying, weighing, blending, chopping, and conducting other necessary preparations
  • Engage with baking devices such as ovens, cookers, and mixers
  • Practice safe handling of utensils like knives during cooking and preparing meals
  • Follow food safety procedures to properly store perishable items
  • Sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils after each use
  • Offer outstanding customer service and exhibit a positive attitude when engaging with guests, clients, customers, colleagues, and others
  • Follow Aramark's safety protocols focusing on food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ensure the security of corporate assets by adhering to specified safety protocols
