  • knowledge of baking techniques and sanitation regulations
  • food safety certification or ability to obtain
  • proficiency in basic math and numeracy
  • strong communication skills
  • physical ability to handle kitchen duties including lifting and standing
  • willingness to use personal protective equipment and follow uniform policies
