Job Duties
- Assist in forecasting daily meal needs and request products accordingly from the Production kitchen
- Assist with preparing and serving meals for students, staff and special functions
- Effectively operate the Point of Sale System and handle money and prepare bank deposits
- Ensure each reimbursable meal sold meets USDA requirements
- Perform a variety of kitchen cleaning duties
- Assist with setting up serving line and serving meals according to meal patterns
- Project a positive and professional image to customers, staff and parents
