Job Duties

Assist in forecasting daily meal needs and may request products accordingly from the Production kitchen
assist with preparing and serving meals for students, staff and special functions
effectively operate the Point of Sale System and able to handle money and prepare bank deposits effectively
ensures that each reimbursable meal sold meets USDA requirements
performs a variety of kitchen cleaning duties
assist with setting up serving line and serves meals according to meal patterns
projects a positive and professional image of themselves, their school and the Child Nutrition Dept. to all customers, staff and parents
