Job Description

Brickmont at Johns Creek, a Claiborne Senior Living managed community, is dedicated to providing an exceptional living experience for seniors through compassionate care and a supportive environment. This senior living community emphasizes the importance of connection, comfort, and community, especially as it relates to dining. Dining at Brickmont is more than just a meal; it’s an opportunity to foster meaningful relationships and create a welcoming atmosphere that residents look forward to every day. As part of Claiborne Senior Living, Brickmont upholds high-quality standards, integrity, and a culture that values teamwork and respect for both residents and employees.

We are currently seeking a Kitchen Assistant/Dishwasher who will play a crucial behind-the-scenes role in ensuring the dining experience is clean, safe, and inviting. This position is perfect for someone who takes ownership of their work, acts with integrity, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. As a Kitchen Assistant/Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, sanitizing dishes and utensils, and assisting with daily kitchen operations. Your efforts will directly impact the comfort and satisfaction of our residents, supporting a high standard of safety and hygiene.

This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a community where relationships matter deeply. You will have the chance to develop valuable experience in senior living dining services, learning to support residents and coworkers alike in a setting that truly values culture and teamwork. Furthermore, you will interact with residents, families, and guests in a professional and friendly manner, enhancing the sense of community and comfort within Brickmont.

The position offers both immediate and long-term benefits, including the opportunity for growth and development within Claiborne Senior Living. Employees receive competitive pay, double time on major holidays, free employee meals, and a generous referral bonus program. Full-time team members also enjoy comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, employer-paid life insurance, paid time off, and employee assistance programs for overall well-being.

Joining Brickmont means becoming part of a team that supports each other and contributes meaningfully to the lives of seniors every day. If you are motivated by creating a welcoming and safe dining experience, have a positive attitude, and enjoy being part of a supportive community, this role offers a fulfilling opportunity to make an impact.
