Job Duties
- Aid clients by responding to their queries and helping them find specific bakery items
- Meet the company's requirements by correctly packaging, boxing, and labeling baked goods
- Ensure that work and display areas meet cleanliness and sanitation criteria
- Guarantee that all baked items are displayed attractively and consistently rotated to sustain their freshness
- Adhere to the company's regulation on food safety and handling protocols
- Step in to assist colleagues from different departments whenever necessary
- Keep team leads or managers informed of any equipment or product issues that need attention
