Job Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen skills
  • strong time management and customer service skills
  • organized, multitasker, follows directions, shows initiative, and works independently
  • ability to communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers and customers
  • high school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
  • a valid OKC Certified Food Service Operator Certificate is a plus
  • 2 years of back-of-house or kitchen experience

Job Duties

  • Preparing hot and cold food quickly and efficiently handling the grill and charbroiled station
  • performing detail and general cleaning
  • setting up and breaking down events held on-site
  • caring for and maintaining non-food inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • stocking supplies, running the cash register, and washing dishes
  • assisting with menu planning, including daily and weekly specials
  • maintaining a welcoming and customer service-oriented attitude toward customers
  • other tasks assigned by supervisor
