Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen design experience
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Ability to use computer-aided design or willingness to learn
- Knowledge of cabinetry and countertop materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a changing work environment

Job Duties
- Meet with clients in the showroom to select material finishes and develop design ideas
- Create floorplans and cabinet elevations using computer-aided drafting software
- Develop detailed material estimates for projects
- Manage relationships with homeowners and contractors from initial contact through the construction phase
- Provide expert guidance and design solutions tailored to customer needs
- Maintain high standards of quality and integrity in all designs and sales
- Adapt to changes in project requirements and customer preferences
