Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of kitchen design experience
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience
  • Ability to use computer-aided design or willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of cabinetry and countertop materials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a changing work environment

  • 3+ years of kitchen design experience
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Experience with design software preferred
  • Knowledge of cabinetry and countertop materials
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize safety
  • Team player with a strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Meet with clients in the showroom to select material finishes and develop design ideas
  • Create floorplans and cabinet elevations using computer-aided drafting software
  • Develop detailed material estimates for projects
  • Manage relationships with homeowners and contractors from initial contact through the construction phase
  • Provide expert guidance and design solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Maintain high standards of quality and integrity in all designs and sales
  • Adapt to changes in project requirements and customer preferences
