Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Open availability
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to handle and serve alcohol
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and active environment
- Physical ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb and be flexible in small spaces
- Ability to stand and walk for extensive periods without breaks during busy times
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years food & beverage management experience, preferably in the restaurant, fast food, or hospitality industries
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction by being constantly visible and readily accessible to customers
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- Assign duties to staff on shift
- Lead F&B team by training and appraising talented personnel
- Complete reviews, absence reports, and supervise staff on attendance
- Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishing and presentation of food
- Conduct alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Schedule and receive F&B deliveries
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines
- Create sales and productivity reports for upper management
- Enforce compliance with all local, state, federal regulations and company policy pertaining to safety, loss prevention
