The Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor at Round One plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of all F&B operations while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This full-time, management-level position offers the unique opportunity to work in an energizing environment where enthusiasm and team collaboration are key. The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing every aspect of food and beverage services, from staffing and training to financial planning and compliance with health and safety regulations. In addition to strong leadership skills, the F&B Supervisor must be adept at forecasting and ordering supplies, monitoring food quality and presentation, enforcing alcohol service policies, and providing exemplary customer service. Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED and be 21 years or older due to the nature of alcohol service. Open availability is essential as the role demands flexibility to cover varying shifts in a vibrant bowling center and arcade environment. Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Open availability
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Ability to handle and serve alcohol
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and active environment
  • Physical ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb and be flexible in small spaces
  • Ability to stand and walk for extensive periods without breaks during busy times
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years food & beverage management experience, preferably in the restaurant, fast food, or hospitality industries

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction by being constantly visible and readily accessible to customers
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
  • Assign duties to staff on shift
  • Lead F&B team by training and appraising talented personnel
  • Complete reviews, absence reports, and supervise staff on attendance
  • Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishing and presentation of food
  • Conduct alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Schedule and receive F&B deliveries
  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines
  • Create sales and productivity reports for upper management
  • Enforce compliance with all local, state, federal regulations and company policy pertaining to safety, loss prevention
