Job Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Open availability
At least 21 years of age
Ability to handle and serve alcohol
Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and active environment
Physical ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb and be flexible in small spaces
Ability to stand and walk for extensive periods without breaks during busy times
Ability to lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance

Job Qualifications

2-3 years food & beverage management experience, preferably in the restaurant, fast food, or hospitality industries

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction by being constantly visible and readily accessible to customers
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
Assign duties to staff on shift
Lead F&B team by training and appraising talented personnel
Complete reviews, absence reports, and supervise staff on attendance
Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishing and presentation of food
Conduct alcohol and age restriction control in accordance with company policies
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Schedule and receive F&B deliveries
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines
Create sales and productivity reports for upper management
Enforce compliance with all local, state, federal regulations and company policy pertaining to safety, loss prevention
