The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager at Round One is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations. This full-time position, with pay ranging between $25.00 and $27.25 per hour, requires a professional who is passionate about customer satisfaction and team management. The F&B Manager will forecast, plan, and manage all F&B orders, staffing, and finances to maximize revenue and enhance guest experiences. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Full open availability including nights and weekends
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, and climb in small spaces
  • Ability to lift or move up to 100lbs with assistance
  • Willingness to complete out-of-town or out-of-state training for 4-6 weeks
  • Ability to commute to Santa Ana, CA
  • Must comply with health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a high noise, busy environment

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree (preferred)
  • 2-3 years retail or entertainment management experience (preferred)
  • Experience in food and beverage management (preferred)
  • Knowledge of alcohol service laws and regulations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Ability to manage budgets and payroll

Job Duties

  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  • Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation of food to ensure quality
  • Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, verifying product quality and quantity
  • Monitor department budgets and payroll records, ensuring expenditures are authorized and within budget
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
  • Enforce compliance with alcohol service policies and age restrictions
  • Conduct training, coaching, and disciplinary actions for department staff
  • Maintain a strong floor presence during shifts, providing sales and troubleshooting support
  • Hold weekly staff meetings to discuss and resolve operational and staffing issues
  • Conduct and monitor inventory, submitting regular reports
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Perform opening and closing duties including securing the premises
