Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Full open availability including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, and climb in small spaces
- Ability to lift or move up to 100lbs with assistance
- Willingness to complete out-of-town or out-of-state training for 4-6 weeks
- Ability to commute to Santa Ana, CA
- Must comply with health and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a high noise, busy environment
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree (preferred)
- 2-3 years retail or entertainment management experience (preferred)
- Experience in food and beverage management (preferred)
- Knowledge of alcohol service laws and regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and payroll
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Job Duties
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation of food to ensure quality
- Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, verifying product quality and quantity
- Monitor department budgets and payroll records, ensuring expenditures are authorized and within budget
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- Enforce compliance with alcohol service policies and age restrictions
- Conduct training, coaching, and disciplinary actions for department staff
- Maintain a strong floor presence during shifts, providing sales and troubleshooting support
- Hold weekly staff meetings to discuss and resolve operational and staffing issues
- Conduct and monitor inventory, submitting regular reports
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Perform opening and closing duties including securing the premises
