Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • 1 plus year of restaurant cooking experience preferred but not required
  • Team-oriented with a passion to succeed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or similar environment preferred
  • Ability to work fast-paced environments
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Passion for cooking and food quality

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and cooking areas
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Monitor food quality and presentation
  • Adhere to safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Follow instructions from management and chefs
