With locations such as the Hyatt Vacation Club at The Welk on 8860 Lawrence Welk Drive, HVC provides an ideal setting where employees can contribute to meaningful moments for guests while enjoying a vibrant workplace culture.

The Kiosk Bartender position at HVC is a part-time, seasonal role with hourly compensation starting at $18.85. This role requires availability for 1st and 2nd shifts, including weekends and holidays, making it suitable for individuals seeking flexible work schedules. A valid U.S. driver’s license is required for consideration due to site policies and responsibilities.

As a Kiosk Bartender, you will engage directly with owners and guests to enhance their vacation experience by serving drinks responsibly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your daily activities will include greeting guests warmly, answering questions, taking drink orders, and delivering beverages while adhering strictly to alcohol service guidelines such as verifying minimum age requirements and portion controls. Ensuring the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the kiosk area, including bar equipment like CO2 lines, soda tanks, and soda guns, is integral to the role. You will also practice clean-as-you-go standards and support other departments when needed to provide seamless guest service.

This position offers more than just a paycheck; it is an entry point into a company that prioritizes employee wellbeing and growth. Benefits include competitive pay, 401(k) opportunities, travel discounts, credit union membership, professional counseling, family support, and opportunities for professional development. Additional site-specific perks include free on-site parking, department celebrations, associate appreciation weeks, monthly recognition and reward programs, and stipends for work shoes.

Working as a Kiosk Bartender requires physical stamina as the job entails reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and standing or walking for extended periods. The ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance is also necessary. Candidates must be prepared for possible background and drug screenings depending on company policy.

Hyatt Vacation Ownership is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion, providing a respectful workplace that welcomes individuals from varied backgrounds. Joining HVC means becoming part of a team that celebrates memorable moments and shared success while offering a supportive and enjoyable work environment.
