Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Available to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and both 1st and 2nd shifts
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Physically able to perform tasks that include reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and standing or walking for extended periods
- Ability to pass background and drug screening as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
Job Duties
- Greet and interact with guests, answer questions, take orders, deliver drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensure alcohol is served responsibly by adhering to service limits and portion control processes
- Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems
- Validate that all guests meet the minimum age to be served alcohol prior to serving
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
- Assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of the bar, tables, and other tools, following all set-up guidelines
