Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- valid U.S. driver’s license
- able to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25 pounds
- capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
- willing to undergo background and drug screening as per company policy
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending or customer service experience
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- ability to prepare drinks using standardized recipes
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- capacity to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds
- valid U.S. driver’s license
Job Duties
- Greet and interact with guests
- answer questions and take drink orders
- deliver drinks and ensure guest satisfaction
- serve alcohol responsibly following service limits and portion control
- prepare drinks according to specified recipes
- verify guests meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service
- maintain cleanliness of work areas and bar equipment
- assist other departments to ensure optimum guest service
- uphold company standards for guest experience and safety
- contribute to team goals
