Maintaining organized and orderly activity areas is also crucial to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the environment. Beyond the direct interaction with children, the role includes managing resources responsibly by adhering to departmental budgets for supplies, snacks, and drinks. Life Time supports its team members with comprehensive training programs, professional development opportunities, and a broad range of benefits designed to encourage both personal and professional growth. Employees receive a fully subsidized membership, discounts on Life Time products and services, and access to a 401(k) retirement savings plan with a company discretionary match for those over 21.
