The Kids Events Team Member role at Life Time is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about working with children and promoting a safe, fun, and educational environment. This position involves leading children through a diverse array of activities such as rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts, gym games, and other engaging programs designed to foster creativity, physical activity, and social interaction among kids aged three to thirteen years. The role is not merely about supervision; it also integrates nutrition education through themed activities that emphasize healthy habits while ensuring a high level of safety and fun. With wages starting at $15.50 per hour and the potential to earn up to $18.50 per hour based on experience and qualifications, this role offers a competitive pay structure within a supportive and dynamic team environment.

In this position, team members act as role models, providing leadership and guidance to small groups of children, effectively balancing safety protocols with fun, interactive experiences. The role demands energetic and enthusiastic individuals who can maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism in every interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
