Joining Drury Hotels means becoming part of a company culture that genuinely cares about its people and encourages them to succeed both personally and professionally.

This role focuses on overseeing the hotel’s renowned complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback, which is a special happy hour event designed to enhance guest satisfaction through quality food and pleasant ambiance. As a key team member, the successful candidate will ensure the food preparation, service, and clean-up of the Kickback area meet the high standards expected by Drury Hotels. This position is ideal for energetic and friendly individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and take pride in delivering outstanding hospitality. The candidate will answer guests’ inquiries about the hotel, local community, and events with confidence and warmth, helping to create an inviting and relaxing atmosphere that aligns with the company’s mission of making everyone feel like they belong.

Drury Hotels values team members who bring a positive attitude and strong communication skills to the table. The ability to conduct precise inventory checks and manage food orders is essential to maintain seamless service and avoid shortages. Moreover, the role requires fluency in English for clear and effective verbal and written communication. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking immediate employment with a company that not only offers competitive compensation but also generous benefits, including incentives like quarterly bonuses, flexible scheduling, paid time off, hotel discounts, medical and dental insurance, a company-matched 401(k), and much more.

Joining Drury Hotels means joining a family where your contributions are recognized and your growth is supported. Whether you are just starting your career in hospitality or looking to advance within the industry, Drury Hotels provides a nurturing environment where your work can thrive. This position promises not just a job, but a career path characterized by continuous learning, development, and the chance to make a genuine difference in the lives of guests and colleagues alike. With over 200 internal promotions annually, this company clearly demonstrates its dedication to empowering employees and fostering long-term success.
