Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- compliance with food safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of hotel accommodations and community
- ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items
- warm and friendly communication skills
- ability to speak and receive direction in English
- previous customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- oversee the 5:30 kickback event through food preparation and clean-up
- ensure the kitchen and lobby area are clean and well organized
- ensure that food safety standards are met and supplies are fully stocked
- maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality
- answer guests' questions about the hotel, community, and events
- provide courteous and friendly guest service with a +1 service attitude
